Terms & Conditions Payment is collected immediately upon ordering through secure payment solutions. We accept payment by card and Klarna. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

Shipping & Delivery We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are processed within 72 hours, and delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. In rare cases, such as high order volume or carrier delays, delivery may take up to 21 business days. You will receive tracking information by SMS or email once your package has been shipped. Please note that import fees may apply upon arrival — these costs are outside our control. We only deliver within the United States.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal You have 14 days to return your order from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. A standard return fee of $6 will be deducted to cover return shipping costs. The remaining amount will be refunded once we have received and inspected the item. Items that have been opened, used or damaged cannot be returned for a full refund.

Complaints / Defective Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt and document the issue with a photo or video. Once documentation has been received and approved, we will send a replacement product at no charge.

Damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic marks are not considered defects and are not covered under our complaints policy.
